Ingredients : Butter (milk), sugar, candied orange peel (10%) (orange peel 55%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifer: citric acid, preservative: sulphur dioxide), raisins (10%), rice flour, egg yolk, skimmed milk powder rehydrated, potato starch, sourdough (rice flour, water, lactobacilli, salt), corn starch, emulisifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, brewer's yeast, stabilser, sorbitol, glycerol, thickening agents (xanthane, guar), salt, artificial flavour.
CONTAINS: Dairy, Egg, Yeast and Sulphur Dioxide.
MAY CONTAIN: Traces of nuts, Peanuts and Soy.
CHOCOLATE GLUTEN FREE PANETTONE
Ingredients: Butter (milk), skimmed milk rehydrated, Egg, sugar, potato starch, natural yeast (water, corn starch, rice flour, salt, lactobacilli), corn starch, chocolate drops (6%) (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla flavour), rice flour, emulisifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, brewer's yeast, humectants: sorbitol, thickeners (xanthan, guar), artificial flavour, salt.
