With a wedding on the horizon and my Mum being Coeliac we had a family member recommend Stacey and C&G. From the first email we felt in safe hands, forward to our meeting and immediately we had our energy and excitement matched. We were listened to and our requirements were masterfully incorporated. Fast forward again to the big day and what a masterpiece! We had every guest come and rave to us about the work of art we were about to indulge in, the presentation was phenomenal, the flavours were heavenly and the kicker… the consistency - you could’ve sworn it wasn’t GF (Mum confirmed it certainly was!) We had people returning for second and third servings and almost had to fend people off from taking too much home. Thankyou so much Stacey, you have our entire heart and truly are a one of a kind artist. We will come back any time we need a sweet treat and will tell anyone who will listen (or force those who aren’t haha)
Stacey! Oh my god! I've been so excited to message you - thank you SO MUCH for our absolutely beautiful and insanely delicious cake!!!! It was perfect. When we picked up the leftovers the next day Tracy was telling us people were lining up for seconds (especially for toblerone!!!) and were absolutely LOVING it. They didn't even have to announce the cake was served before people flocked to it. Thank you again for making our cake dreams come true and making many many coeliacs very happy to be included in dessert on Saturday night! ❤️❤️❤️

Being a Coeliac I worried about finding a 100% Gluten Free wedding cake but Stacey made our dream wedding cake a reality. From the moment I first spoke to her I knew everything was going to be a breeze and turn out perfect. The cake tasted amazing and lasted another 3 days after the wedding. Stacey made the cake for my wedding and it was absolutely amazing. As a coeliac I had always worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a gluten free wedding cake when I eventually got married. Stacey made all my dreams come true. Not only did I and my now husband love it but everyone else did as well. Will always love seeing the look on people’s faces when I tell them the cake they’re raving about is gluten free. Stacey made us a gorgeous cake which everyone enjoyed thoroughly. With 3 coeliacs in the family we definitely needed a gluten free cake. As a non-coeliac and having a sweet tooth, I’m pretty particular about cakes and this cake was delicious.
