Gluten Free Tiramisu Slab
Just when you thought eating gluten free couldn't get any better. We've taken our beloved gluten free tiramisu served in store and made it ideal for any occasion, be it birthday, engagement or any day ending in Y!
Made with layers of our famous fluffy sponge soaked in a custom Coffee Liqueur made by our friends at Damaged Goods Distilling co (using our leftover coffee grounds, talk about coming full circle!). Then layered with classic mascarpone and whipped cream to finish. A solid dusting of cocoa powder on top with a simple Happy Birthday message completes the look.

Each Tiramisu comes ready to serve in a solid glass bowl for you to keep. This not only makes transport super easy (and clean) but looks the part too.
*Tiramisu is a temperature sensitive product as it contains raw eggs (not suitable for pregnant women) so must be kept cold upon collection. Store in the fridge until ready to serve, allow it to sit out for NO MORE than 2 hours.

Tiramisu is best when it's been left for a day or two before eating. Please keep this in mind when selecting an order date.

Eggs (RAW & cooked), Caster Sugar, Vanilla bean paste, gluten free plain flour (Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Modified Tapioca Starch (non-GMO), Dextrose Monohydrate, Thickeners (Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Xanthan Gum), Vegetable Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids).
Thickened Cream (Milk), Icing Sugar, Coffee, Mascarpone (Cream (Milk), Pasteurised Milk, Thickener (1442), Acidity Regulator (330). Cocoa Powder.
