In this 1 hour demonstration class you'll;
- Receive our GF Profiterole recipe
- Our tips and tricks on GF flours, how to choose one for the right recipe
- Tips for baking, filling & piping your profiteroles
- Watch Stacey make a HUGE batch from beginning to end
- Understand what the gluten protein is doing in baking and how we work around it
- Have your gluten free baking questions answered in real time!
- This is an Intermediate class so we recommend this for bakers who have previous experience with gluten free or choux pastry baking.
Enjoy a glass of bubbles and an entirely GF grazing platter whilst we chat all things gluten free baking right in the kitchen of Champagne & Gumboots.
As this class is held inside a commercial kitchen (after hours) please be aware the following rules do apply;
- Closed shoes must be worn and hair must be tied up. Failure to present in this way may mean you are turned away from the class.
- NO gluten or outside food is welcome inside our premises.
