Do you do “normal” cakes that aren’t Gluten Free?
No. As a Gluten Intolerant person myself, I use only gluten free products. This prevents any problems with cross-contamination for those who do require a gluten free lifestyle. Don’t let this stop you though! All of my cakes, cupcakes and other baked treats are taste tested by non-gluten free people and they rave about them! With the quality of products on the market now, you wouldn’t even be able to tell it’s gluten free.
Why do you only make gluten free products?
The simple answer is I’m gluten intolerant myself! But when it comes down to it, I was so sick of being left out at parties, not enjoying cake. I also know there are so many more people who, like me often find themselves in the same position. So I decided to change the status quo! Why buy a cake that only some will enjoy, when you can have one that EVERYONE can enjoy! I want all people to be able to “have their cake and eat it too!”, we poor glutards included! I can’t tell you the number of times people have eaten my cakes and never realized they were gluten free. So now you can simply buy one cake for your celebration and everyone can enjoy a slice.
What gluten free flours do you use?
I use a mix of flours that varies product to product . Though you will generally find a selection of rice flours, tapioca flour, sticky rice flour, xanthan gum, potato starches and maize flour.
Do you cater for other food allergies?
I certainly can. Most of my cakes are already nut free, however if you do have an allergy please be sure to specify it during the ordering process. If you have other allergies (such as egg and dairy) please shoot me an email or use the contact form to discuss your requirements.
Where are you based? and do you deliver?
I’m based in Toodyay, Western Australia, a short drive from Midland, Perth. As such I offer $10 flat rate delivery on all orders over $100 within a 50 km radius. Outside of that I do charge a small delivery fee. For further details regarding delivery please see the Terms and Conditions or give me a call to discuss your needs. We will do our best to accommodate everybody!
Are you on the list? Below is a list of suburbs/towns that I offer flat rate $10 delivery too for orders over $100. Don’t see your suburb, don’t stress I still deliver to you, just for a small fee!

I do attend select markets, where you can sample and buy an array of gluten free goodies. This does change month to month though, so please sign up to my Market Newsletter so you can always be the first to know where and when I’ll be!

Do you do wedding cakes?
Absolutely I do! Please be sure to book a minimum of 3 months prior to your wedding date however as I do book out quite quickly. Simply give me a call to discuss your needs and we can arrange a wedding cake consult where you can taste some yummy samples!!
I don’t see the design that I want on your website, can you still make me a cake?
Yes. Please use the contact form or give me a call to discuss the cake or cupcake design you had in mind and we can go from there. Just because you don’t see it, doesn’t mean I can’t create it!
How long do your cakes last?
My cakes and cupcakes are at their best if consumed within 3 days. Buttercream decorated cakes can be stored at room temperature, in a cool dark place. Once cut, you’ll need to cover the exposed pieces of cake to lock in the freshness. If all else fails, simply pop a slice of your cake into the microwave for 30 seconds… seriously, just warmed cake with icing is divine!
Do you donate to charities or fundraisers?
Absolutely yes. However I do have a set list of charities I choose to work with. I set these out at the beginning of each year as they are charities near and dear to my heart. Please feel free to email me with your request however, I’m always happy to see if I can help.
Can you do corporate cupcakes/cookies?
Yes we can. Simply state your needs when you fill in the contact form. I use a reputable Australian company for all my edible logo printing and can have almost any design made for you.
How can I place an order?
Simply fill out the contact form or give me a call on 0437 317 347. Be sure to include the date your require your cake/cupcakes for and how many serves you’ll be needing. We can then come up with a design to suit your needs together!
