I know how hard it is to sit back at a party and watch as everyone around you digs into a gorgeous slice of birthday cake. A lot of people would say it’s silly, but something as simple as not being able to enjoy something so basic, can be quite saddening. At least that’s the way I felt when I was first diagnosed. That’s why I decided enough was enough. Just because we’re gluten free doesn’t mean we should have to miss out on the simplest of joys! Not only should we be able to have our cake and eat it too (without paying for it for days to come), but I want your non-gluten free friends to be able to as well!
That’s why I decided to start sharing my recipes and baked goods with all of you. Why should I be the only one to enjoy it all! So not only am I sharing my gluten free recipes so that you can bake them for yourselves. But I also want to help you celebrate the special moments in life too. The only way I know how….. and that’s with cake!
