Here at Champagne and Gumboots we pride ourselves on using the best quality ingredients in all of our products. As a family of farmers ourselves it’s one of our passions and priorities to support our local farmers and growers. So where ever it’s possible all milk, butter and eggs are from either Western Australian or Australian farms. Know that when your purchase from us you are helping support our local farmers and their families and keep our Agricultural traditions alive.
All quotes are valid for 48 hours only. To secure a quote/date, a deposit or the full amount will need to be paid.
All cupcakes and slice orders must be paid in full upon quotation. Any large orders and custom cakes require a minimum of 50% deposit to be paid to secure your order. All deposits are non-refundable and the remaining balance is to be paid upon delivery.
Cancellations & Changes to Order/
All cancellations and any changes to an order must be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to the date booked. All changes and cancellations are to be received in writing (email) and confirmed by Champagne and Gumboots.

Of course all circumstances are different, as are all cakes and people. As such, any refunds are to be discussed and resolved at the discretion of Champagne and Gumboots. Any disputes must be lodged within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Photographic evidence may be requested and any uneaten cake must be returned. Should the cake be eaten we will take that to mean it was edible and no refund will be offered.
Please note that due to monitor settings and other factors colours cannot be guaranteed to match 100%. This includes cakes shown in the gallery and colour matching where the customer provides a photo or other inspiration. Due to the nature of handmade there may be slight differences in products, this simply adds to the uniqueness of your special item. No two cakes will ever be the same.
Our kitchen is a registered and gluten free space. Trust that your baker, who is gluten intolerant herself is full bottle on hidden gluten in products and cross contamination. Other food allergies can certainly be accommodated, please just ask. Please note however, that most products produced in our kitchen do contain eggs and dairy and traces of such may be found. Nuts and nut products are also occasionally handled as well. Every effort is made to keep ingredients separate, however some traces may still be found.
Being located in Toodyay, Western Australia allows us to service not only parts of Perth, but also allows folks in the general Wheatbelt area to access an array of delicious and gorgeous gluten free cakes and sweet treats. As such we offer FREE delivery within a 50km radius of the Toodyay town site for all orders over $50. All other orders are able to choose from the below delivery options:
- Pick up points can be arranged within the 50km radius, such as Midland, meaning delivery would be free for orders over $50. Alternatively orders may be arranged to be picked up from a market we are attending that week. Please speak to us directly to confirm market dates and locations.
- All other orders will incur a small delivery fee. Please let us know your delivery location during the quoting process and we can provide a detailed quote.
No responsibility for any damages that may occur to our cakes or cupcakes will be taken once items have left our care.
If specific storage is needed for your order you will be given the information with it. Otherwise all buttercream decorated cakes and cupcakes can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dark location. Please don’t put them in the fridge.
We reserve the right to use any photos of products made by Champagne and Gumboots in any form of media.
